In March of 1990, was on military leave from Navy, at age 20. 3 Jamaican drug dealers attempted to kill my mom, siblings (ages 17, 15, 9 and 6) because my 15 yr old bro. would not sell their crack. Was at home when they came. Armed with my mom's small 32 calibur concealed, I went outside and asked them to leave. One pulled a gun and I shot him before he could harm my family and I. No time to call and wait on police. Lives was at stake. Mom was at work. I called police and awaited their arrival. Could not afford attorney. Refused plea offer and fought it on self defense. Despite active military, never being in trouble before and defending family at home, was sentenced to 40 yrs. Devasted yet determined fought 20 yrs 3 mos. for freedom. Was paroled June 23, 2010. One week later obtained driver's license, one month later obtained class A CDL with tanker endorsement. Two months later hired as temp and later full time. Love trucking, proud of myself. Parole officer has set others on my path. I mentor an 18 and 19 yr. old and several kids. READY FOR HIGHER PAY AND OVER THE ROAD JOB. DEPENDABLE, RELIABLE, DEDICATED AND CONSISTANT. ALWAYS SMILING WITH GREAT ATTITUDE. I am humbly Timothy Brooks, age 41, 100% healthy and fit. Anyone hiring Regional, OTR, OIL FIELD, etc.etc. Currrently driving 2007 flat bed Frieghtliner. Deceased wanted in 5 states (NY, MI, NJ, TX and PA) by FBI, for drugs, gun trafficing, assualt, kidnapping and attempted capitol murder on police. All listed in my court files and varifible.
