Big Government....little 'ole trucker

Seriously? Retroactive? It's hard enough for a lot of the truck drivers to make a living and now there are even more restrictions? Company drivers to be held responsible for violations that should fall back on the owner of the truck only? While I don't like the new restrictions, the part that is the hardest is the violations that the company driver has little control over. In the trucking world, you don't drive....you don't get paid. Refuse a load and see how long you can keep the job.


This is just like everything else that is happening in Washington....a bunch of people writing laws that have no clue what it is like to live in the real working class America, much less the world of truck driving.



As the old saying goes...walk a mile in my shoes! Then and only then will you truly understand.
