Can't find a trucking job.

It has made it hard for to find a job. As i have driven for companies that are slow about fixing stuff. I would write it up tell them this or that needs fixing and they put it off. Now its on my csa2010 report and i'm having a hard time finding a job . i think its up to drivers who try to do write and get punished in short I Think it SUCKS.
