CSA 2010 Jobless

On 11/11/2010 my dispatcher/office manager came out to my truck and told me that the insurance company said that i had to go, I was deemed a risk.

It seems that according to our ins. co. if you get pulled over with a very old trailer and the dot find or make up 11 violations total. Then me as the driver must of done or said something to the officer in order for him to find so many problems.

So because the company that I worked for didn't believe in fixing anything until it falls off or you the driver gets a violation I"M now unemployed.

New law unfair

I was stopped at the scale after picking up a pre loaded trailer. I was working power only(our companys truck) & Freightmaster trailer they are all padlocked and drivers never have a key I told the inspector that so the inspector cut the lock and there was dunnage oall over i was written for failure to secure. this led to my termination. my company put that on the "DAC" and i am also seen as a risk never mind my safty awards and many years service! I am still unemployed! The new laws are unfair! Disputing the "DAC" is close to worthless! Hang in there! most lays about trucks are written by suits that are clueless!
