Error on Dac Report

I have 3 things on my dac report that have been falsified. I would l like to
file a rebuttal and get them taken off my DAC REPORT. How do I go about file a
rebuttal? CR Engald has put a abandonment,JB hunt has put a abandonment,and US
Xpress had put that I ran 2 SMIS trucks off the road when I never did any of that stuff. Please get back to me asap. Thank You.

Don't rely on Hireright's "investigation" alone

I don't want to discourage you from defending your reputation, but I would take a multi-front approach to how you deal with this issue.

1. Try to deal directly with the company in question. It's POSSIBLE that they simply made a mistake. Either by design or mistake, it's important to try. The first thing a lawyer will ask is: "Did you inform the company of their mistake?" Document and keep records of EVERYTHING.

2. File a dispute through Hireright's website. And keep after them about it. I've never heard of a single driver having success with them, but it's important that you try. Document and keep records of EVERYTHING.

3. Keep records of EVERY employment refusal this has caused.

4. Consider a commercial DAC-repair service, but investigate their reputation first. Hiring a legal pitbull might be the only way you'll repair your reputation. Document and keep records of EVERYTHING.

5. Consult an attorney. Many offer free consultations, but all will be able to give you sound and informed legal advice. Did I mention to document and keep records of EVERYTHING?

It's my opinion that Hireright changed their name from DAC and USIS because they're EVIL and people are beginning to know it. The service has gone from legit employment screening to a full fledged lethal weapon used by vindictive employers to murder someone's job. You ever hear the cliche: "I'll make sure you never work here again"? .. DAC is a paid "professional hitman" used to achieve this.

IN 2007 I WAS DRIVING ON I-85 SOUTH WHEN MY AIRBAGS WENT OUT ON THE TRUCK, I GOT OFF THE HIWAY AND GOT HUNG UP ON A STREET I NEEDED A TOW.

IN 2008 I WAS HOME IN GA FOR A WEDDING, PARK THE TRUCK ON GRASS, COME TOO FIND OUT WHEN I GOT BACK TOO THE TRUCK THE TRUCK HAD SUNK DOWN IN THE MUD (NO TRAILER) I NEED A TOW TRUCK I WASNT DRIVING.

IN 2008 AFTER A BLIZZARD IN COLUMBUS OHIO, AND AFTER SITTING FOR 2 DAYS I WAS DISPATCH ON A LOAD TOO PICK UP IN CINCINATTI, WHILE DRIVING ON ICE WITH NO TRAILER, AND GOING ONLY 20 MPH I LOST CONTROL 360 THE TRUCK, HITTING NOTHING AND NO TRUCK DAMAGE. THIS HAPPEN DURING THE WEEKEND. I PAID FOR THE TOWING OUT OF MY OWN POCKET WHICH I DID GET REEMBURST, BUT NO ONE WAS WORKING THAT DAY AND COULDNT HELP. ARE THIS INCIDENTS MY FAULT ? CAN I FIGHT THIS ? OR MAYBE FILE A LAWSUIT. I WAS FIRED, BUT WAS NEVER GIVEN A VIRBAL OR WRITTEN WARNING, EVEN AFTER THE FIRST TOWING. BEEN OUT WORK SINCE 2008, AND HAVE BEEN DENIED UNEMPLOYED BENEFITS. PLEASE HELP

Where is the justice?

I have 3 minor incidents on my dac report.Swift Transportation was the carrier i was driving for. Fresh out of school,trying to better my life.Instead of being in the streets,I drove for 9 months. All my incidents were so small,its driving me nuts.1 was a flat tire. 2nd i bumped the side of dollar tree wall backing to door.3rd another dollar tree,i was backing and my left landing gear hit the curve,and messed left landing gear leg up. I was terminated. I loved driving trucks so much and miss it. Every time i apply for another job,companies turning me down. I really have no where else to turn,when i thought i was doing something to better my life,i got stop in my tracks. Is there anyone who's out there that maybe can help me. Thanks !!!
