It is not fair

I have a clean record with the exception of Felony conviction non-disqualifying ,no drugs,no assault charges, no guns,simply driving a truck pick-up that was stolen, bummer. Oh well!I went to school 6000 dollars, and no one will hire me ,so far. Is there anyone who can help me?
