Back in March I attended Swift Driving academy. Personal issues came up before I could complete the course and I was unable to acquire my CDL at that time.


I did get it last week after attending a community college. Now that I'm seeking work, they are asking me if I worked for Swift. I was never in their employ, nor did I have a CDL but it's showing up on my DAC report that I did.

Is there any way to get this information corrected?
