National Drivers Registar is bad business

I came up on the NDR in 2010 but my tickets were in 1988. What this means to me is that the states are really hurting for money and they will do anything to get money.

HUNGER


Hunger may disturb sleep.  A light snack, especially warm milk, seems to help people get to sleep.


FOOD


Various foods stimulate the body and disturb sleep.  Avoid coffee, tea, and cola drinks near bedtime.  Avoid heavy meals.
