NDR is a joke

by Kevin
(California)

I have had a California license for 20 years.
Never had a ticket.
My license expired on my birthday so I went to get it renewed.
I was told that I could not get a license because I had my license suspended in 1972, 39 years ago.
I called NDR and was told to contact the state, she also told me that it is a way states make money.
I filled out their 18 pages of paperwork and paid the $55.
I received a letter stating that they have received all the documents and will mail me their decision within 180 days.
Jeeze.

You have had your lic,for 20 years but it was suspended 39 years ago, just your age should prove them wrong, unless you got it in your 30's, also why didn't this kick in every other time you renewed it.
