Do not work there they will rip you off, turnover rate is 98% they bring in 8 to 16 new drivers a week and only operate 189 trucks a roll over scam no money no pay and the worst safety rating of any company with D.O.T. check it out a the U.S. D.O.T. web site.

I have been a owner operator for 20 plus year's. I ran across this add after another driver told me about it. I have worked at several different company's over the last 20ty year's including Perkins. I was working for Bob when he sold to Perkins in 08. I was a company driver for him. When I came there they gave me the option to buy the truck I was driving. After 2 years of working hard and finally paying the truck off I went to the CFO to get my title and he would not give it to me because my maintance account was in the negitive. So I continued to work hard to get my maintance account paid off so I could get the title to my truck. I had a break down in MD after 3 more weeks of no money. I made it to the shop to get it looked at. On the 2nd day of waiting to see if Perkins was going to help me pay to fix my truck the owner of the shop came out and told me to get my stuff out of my truck Perkins sold it to him for the amount I owned them. I had to call my mom to get me money to rent a U haul truck to get all my flatbed equipment home. I am back working with Bob at Buchanan and doing great. I am making a great living now and able to feel like a man again when I come home off the road and have money to support my family. Its general knowledge you can search both company's and make a decision for your self are you can just not read the 100 of complaints and go be a victim to and work for free. While the owner just stuff his pockets with money when his drivers families do with out. If you can live off $50.00 a day from your fuel card you will be fine.

Bob Vogel, I know this is you. You are trying to bash successful companies to make your company, Buchanan, look good, when the truth is, the facts that you write about other companies is what is happening to the drivers at Buchanan. This is a poor way to recruit drivers. You are a lier and a con man and everyone in the industry knows it!! The drivers that you have lied to will soon know the truth.

well if you really want to know about perkins ? i work there for 15 years .and let me tell you how bad it has been and i even have my own truck when i lefted they kept my 2500.00 escrow told me about charge backs .never would give me no proof of them said i quit under a load [that was so mary the planner could cover her but] was home for 3 weeks before.gave them back there fuel card and room key and other things that they own. on dak report wat too many things to talk about here and if anyone wants to know about them i do have every piece of paper that they have sent me for the past 15 years so just let me know before andy card get you and rips you off

Perkins Specialized Transportation Noblesville IN are nothing but low down scam. If you want to lose your money,time and receive a bad d.a.c report go ahead and lease with them become one of the hundreds they have ripped off. Know one is stopping them however I am aware of many civil suits.
