Question

by Jon
(Boston , Ma)

I have 1 year OTR experience but it was 9 years ago. since then i have been on disability for a medical condition which was recently resolved and want to go back on the road. one problem i have encountered is no "recent" driving experience. the other is no work history to put on an application. i may consider going through driving school again but what do i do about the lack of employment history? and are companies allowed to ask about past disabilities?

Hey Jon, You can always partner up with another individual so that you can gain experience. Maybe brush up on the skills you have so that you may get a feel of what you used to do. after couple hauls you could probably ask to Drive by yourself.
