Was stopped yesterday for a headlight out now these were "daytime headlights and one was out, How am I supposed to know until my next stop that I had a problem but under the scoring system this a big deal. The officer told me ignorance of the law is no excuse. Only in truck driving can a non ticket be held against you there were no fines only a fix-it-ticket. So where and how can I have my day in court ? Oh less I forget the CDL holder is the only person in America to be "GUILTY" until proven innocent and that is only if he has that chance to do so.
