I was in Atlanta Ga. picking up a load for Marvin Keller Trucking out of Sullivan Il. I was making a turn in a parking lot and a pipe was sticking up about 4-6 inches in the parking lot . It was night . It cut the steer tire and had to be replaced. They have charged me with a "preventable accident " on my DAC report . What a bunch of cut throat greedy people .
