This whole thing is B.S. to raise revenue! WHY should the performance of a driver effect a company's ability to earn a living? I am a independent owner operator who hires other owner ops to operate under my authority, and I have NO control over what an individual does in HIS truck, I only make 10% of what they haul in revenue and I feel it is WRONG for the feds to judge me and my company for what other owner ops, operating under my signs, do when they are out of my sight! WRONG, WRONG, WRONG!!!!!!!!!!!!!
