You sound like a disgruntled driver. I am very familiar with 101 Transport as well as Paul. I have never been instructed to falsify my activities or log books!

Jason,
Sounds like you are a disgruntled driver. Being very familiar with 101 Transport and as well as Paul, your post is completely false. Never have I been instructed to falsify any of my activities or log books.

Don't Do It by: Paul Taylor
Don't do it. You are legally protected if you refuse to falsify your log or if you refused to drive in violation of a commercial vehicle safety regulation. I am just heading into a deposition but you can call me later today if you have questions. If you need immediate help, call Joe in my office at 651-308-0251
