Yes. To earn a bonus, the driver must not have any preventable accidents, work-comp injuries, NCRs, no new CSA points and must be available to work all month with the exception of approved time off. Bonuses are reset every month, so if a driver does not qualify for one month, they will be eligible again the following month.
As a company, our drivers average 2,000 to 3,000 miles per week.

No. Because we do not haul liquids or Hazardous Materials, you do not need either endorsement. However, we will be getting into those areas by the end of the year, so if you already have those endorsements, that will sure help you in the future.
We haul dry/pneumatic trailers — mainly plastic pellets, but some powders, too.
Yes we do have dedicated routes that vary according to your terminal.
Local drivers must live within a commutable distance from the terminal and are home every night and weekends. Regional drivers are typically home 2-3 nights out of the week and most weekends. We ask that our OTR drivers stay out at least 10-14 days at a time, but our dispatchers are very good with working with you to get you home if you need it.
At A&R, you are not just a sit-behind-the-wheel truck driver. Our drivers operate vacuum hoses to transfer the freight into the trailer, and then reconfigure to offload freight into silos, bins or boxes at the customer site. Getting the hoses to hook properly and keeping them unclogged can be physical at times requiring that you climb on top of the trailer.

drug screen, and physical testing. Once you pass, you’ll get an offer to join the A&R team. The entire process takes about 2-3 days on average.
Training will last 2 weeks at your local home terminal with a trainer. Week 1 is paperwork and on the job training. Week 2 we assign you a unit and on the job training continues in your unit. Week 3 you are assigned a load to the nearest training center (Atlanta, GA or Morris, IL).
